My Elixir Box is a bi-monthly (every 2 months) subscription box filled with natural health products (see below for what kind of products) and it includes a guide on how to use them.
The box is designed to save you time, energy and money by delivering premium products to your door to ultimately improve your health and wellness. The next box will be dispatched on the 10th February 2022. Orders close 31st January 2022.

We like to think of it as better health, delivered.
As much as we love and support organic products, not everything in our boxes will be certified organic. The process of obtaining organic certification is not always possible for businesses even though the products/ingredients may be grown in an organic way.
We always try to ensure that the products we source are made from premium ingredients and produced in a sustainable and nutritious way.
Included in your box is a little card which will tell you all about each of the products in the box and importantly how to use them.
Each box will contain a range of premium health products (approximately 4-6 full size products + bonus samples) including but certainly not limited to health foods, smoothie additives, medicinal teas, superfood lattes, bone broth powders, tonics and essential oils. Products that make a real difference to your health and wellbeing.
These hand-picked products are often organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar free and most importantly always taste delicious!
And we like to see real ingredients in our products – no numbers, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, artificial colours or flavours, nasty food additives, synthetic trans fats, high-fructose corn syrup, nothing we can’t pronounce. Just real ingredients from real food. #Justeatrealfood.
One more thing… we source our products from businesses that are eco-friendly and have a genuine focus on sustainability. And we love to support businesses local to us on the beautiful Gold Coast.
A lot of the time yes, this is the case but we can’t guarantee this 100%.
We choose instead to partner with brands that feature natural or organic ingredients and who are eco-friendly and ethically minded and so often these are brands that tick these boxes but not always.

Please know that we take great pride in selecting the best products for you so that every box is jam packed with premium brands – no fluff, no filler. We think you will love our boxes.
Currently My Elixir Box is only available for delivery Australia wide.
At My Elixir Box we try to be as eco-friendly as possible.
Our boxes are shipped in durable (and waterproof), plant-based 100% compostable mailer bags. These bags can be composted in your home compost which we think is pretty neat. Our shipping labels are also compostable so no need to remove the label from the bag before you give it to the worms.
Our boxes are made from 80% recycled material and are 100% recyclable. The logo that we stamp on the boxes is stamped with soy-based ink. Soy inks are a renewable resource and leave no petroleum behind.
Our cute little stickers are also eco-friendly. These paper stickers are made from acid-free paper that has been sourced sustainably and responsibly, printed using soy-based inks and they have a non-toxic adhesive making them 100% recyclable and compostable.
We use an eco-friendly alternative to bubble wrap if we need to wrap any breakable items in the box. This eco “bubble wrap” is a sustainable, biodegradable and recyclable alternative to the traditional plastic bubble wrap.
For metro areas, we use a dedicated courier service and for regional (country) areas we use Australia Post.
Our boxes are sent out every two months - in June, August, October, December, February and April.
Your specially curated My Elixir Box will be picked up by our courier company generally on the 10th day of each month unless the 10th falls on a weekend or a public holiday. In these cases, your order will be sent on the following business day.
You will need to place your order by the last day of the month prior to ensure you receive the next month’s box i.e. the 31st January 2022 is the cut-off for the February box.
Once your box is on its way – we’ll let you know via email and you’ll be able to track your parcel all the way into your happy little hands!
If you ordered a single box you will be charged on the day of your order.
If you signed up for a My Elixir Box subscription (nice work – you’re worth it), you will be charged on the day you signed. After that your account billing date is reset and you will be billed on the 20th of the month prior to your box being sent out.
For example if you subscribe on the 10th January (or anytime before the 31st January) you will receive the February box. You will then be billed again on the 20th March for the April box.
Unless a subscription is cancelled 2 days before this renewal date (i.e. by midnight on the 18th of the month), the subscription will automatically renew for the following month.
To update your address just sign into your account, click on “Manage Your Subscription”, then “Subscription” and enter your new address / new delivery instructions.
Don’t forget to save before you leave this page! Address and delivery instruction changes need to be made by midnight on the last day of the month for the delivery of the following month’s box.
To update your payment information, sign into your account (by clicking the icon next to the shopping cart), click on “Account”, then “Wallet”, then you can enter your new payment information.
Make sure your card information is up to date by 20th of the month prior to the box shipping as this is when your card will be direct debited.
Oh no, please don’t go! But if you must… to cancel your subscription sign into your account and click on “Manage Your Subscription”, then “Subscription” and click on the “Cancel” button next to your subscription.
